Mallacoota Australia Scenery

Around the Mallacoota Inlet there are plenty of walks suitable for families as well as more challenging ones. The most interesting one is the one that extends the length of the park along the coast, extending for about 100kms. Mallacoota itself is a low key tourist resort village, popular with visitors from overeas as well as Australians.

There are a number of camping spots - Thurra River, Mueller Intlet and Wingan Inlet.

North Eastern Victoria

The Gippsland Region is a vast wilderness area, watered by the rivers and streams flowing from the High Country in the west. The coast and lakes are known for its fishing and sailing. A 100kms of coastline of National Parks and wilderness areas provide an endless variety of walking tracks and the beaches are pristine, good for surfing, fishing, diving and swimming. In the hinterland, the rich farmlands and historical towns provide a grand and varied gourmet experience.
