Merimbula NSW - On the Water

Merimbula on the waterfront. You can find plenty to do here, fishing, golf, bowling, surfing, walking and exploring, windsurfing and boating are just some of the things that come to mind.

You can hire boats at Merimbula Wharf, they also have bait and tackle available for those keen of fishing. Deep sea fishing, reef and game fishing cruises are also available from the wharf.

You can also enjoy a whale cruise or a dolphin spotting cruise, sample some of the delicious oysters direct from the farmers or fish for your own dinner.

Merimbula Actitivities

Try to visit some of the historical townships and small fishing villages, wineries, national parks and the fantastic beaches that are here on the this part of the South Coast of NSW. Take a canoe ride in one the wetlands. Take an flight tour from the airport or find an isolated beach to picnic on. The kids would enjoy taking a trip to Magic Mountain, just north of Merimbula near Tura Beach, where they have rides and fun things to do.

Merimbula Accommodation

Accommodation in Merimbula, Pambula Beach and Tura Beach include a range of styles to suit almost any budget. Both Merimbula and Pambula have conveniently located hotels, while in the nearby National Parks of Bournda and Ben Boyd there are peaceful scenic campsites. There is a caravan park located at Pambula Beach itself. Tura Beach has a number of holiday homes, many overlooking the beach, perfect for families and groups of friends.
