Batemans Bay was originally named by Captain Cook when he first charted this part of the NSW Coast. Located on the southerly part of Shoalhaven, its temperate climate and cosmopolitan lifestyle has proved to be an attraction for visitors from overseas and Australia for many years.
You can find plenty of restaurants, Batemans Bay has also a great café culture. Very much a resort town, you can find everything you need here for a great holiday, any time of year.
