This is an Exclusive Private Tour. Once a reservation voucher is purchased for a specific day, that day tour will no longer be available to anyone else.

Up to four people are allowed, children over the age of two are welcome to accompany parents/legal guardians. However staff are unable to lift or carry customers for safety reasons. Customers requiring this type of assistance need to be accompanied by a designated carer as one of the 4 people allowed.

NSW laws only allow up to 5 people, including children and your driver guide in the type of vehicle we provide. We believe your safety comes first.

Pricing

Tour cost, whether as a solo traveller or up to four people is $760 AU for a day tour (6-10 hours). Reservations are made on a first-come/first-served basis.

You have no obligation to book or purchase anything. Our reservation desk will get back to you shortly.

Availability

We will inform you as to availability on the date(s) you wish to tour by email.

To Confirm

To confirm, payment is required in advance via Paypal, online.

You need not be a member of Paypal to use this Secure Service, you can use your credit card. We will inform you where you can pay online when we email you regarding availability.

We will confirm your booking upon receipt of payment and email you the voucher, which you will need to print out and present to your personal tour guide when he arrives at your hotel or residence for pickup.

Cancellation

Cancellation - Due to the personal nature of these tours, must be done at least 48 hours prior to scheduled tour date, otherwise there is no refund. A 10% fee applies to all other cancellations.

• Private tour with your personal guide in a comfortable late model air conditioned vehicle with CD/Cassette.
• Pickup and drop off at your Hotel or residence.
• Free digital photographs of your day out, you have the option to get out at most locations along the way to explore and if you have your camera, take photos yourself.

Exclusions:

• Admission fees.
• Food and beverages.
• Items of a personal nature.
• Gratuity, appreciated, but is not required.

Pricing Policy:

• Tours are not suitable for infants aged 2 years and under
• Child prices are not available. Adult prices apply to all travellers.
