Melbourne Skyline - Famous Landmarks

The skyline of Melbourne features some of the tallest buildings in the Southern Hemisphere.

The tallest building in Melbourne to date is the Eureka Tower, named after the Gold Rush revolt of the 19th Century. The tower comes in at a total of 297 metres with 91 storeys. See Eureka Tower Melbourne Australia.

The BHP Petroleum Plaza at 120 Collins Street has a total of 264 metres and 52 storeys.

The next tallest are the Rialto Towers, with a height of 251 metres and 63 floors. Seen to the left of the Eureka Tower in the photo.
