This French restaurant has become the recent Sydney rage for great food and wines. Their menu changes according to availability in the seasons, so you can be assured of fresh ingredients in your chosen dishes.

They do a banquet as well as a la carte and their food is encouraged to be shared with friends. Dishes like Duck Parfait, Crab Remoulade and Cote de Boeuf as well as Prime Wagyu Beef Tartare and Escargot grace the menu. If you love French food, Hubert is the place to go.
