Newport not only has a beautiful beach but a growing collection of great places to eat, including restaurants, pubs, diners and cafes:
The Newport, a pub operating since 1880 is set on the Pittwater, with great views of the harbour and waters. Very much an open air venue, allowing you to take in the natural surrounds, there is also a variety of great food and drinks to enjoy. Reasonably priced as well, unpretentious food including gourmet pizzas, seafood and finger food appetizers.
