Sarti Restaurant

Led by Chef Paolo Masciopinto, the food here is with a contemporary focus, that is, creative, tasty and modern interpretations of some of the classics of Italian cuisine. The wine list exemplifies this, there are choice wines not only from Italy and Australia, but the rest of the world as well, by the glass or bottle. The menu has mouth watering dishes, including Smoked Quail, Polenta, Parmesan Fondue and Lamb Ragu. Pastas and Risotti are not neglected, both imaginative and very delicious.
