The red tourist shuttle bus goes near there, the bus can be caught at bus stops along the route, from Docklands, the MCG, the War Memorial or the Victoria Market. Take the bus to St. Kilda Road.

You can also catch trains from anywhere in Melbourne city and surrounds to Flinders Street and just take a short walk across the Yarra River via the bridge leading to St. Kilda Road. There is ample parking available below and limited 2 hour free spaces in the surrounding streets.
