Forster Tuncurry North Coast NSW
The twin Towns of Foster and Tuncurry on the (Mid) North Coast of New South Wales have been a popular Sydney escape for many years. Located some 300kms north of Sydney, it is within an easy day’s drive while (Wallis) Forster airport is near by.
In the surrounds, you will find stunning beaches along the coast, while in the hinterlands there is lush countryside to explore. Small rural towns complete the picture, with wineries and good places to eat. Try a pub lunch, long a favourite Australian pastime.
Popular activities: The area is great for fishing, swimming, surfing and just about every other water sport available. Boating is popular as is diving, Nine Mile Beach at Tuncurry is also an major attraction, especially during the summer months and school holidays.
