Map showing the South West National Parks and Reserves.
A wilderness region that is both bio-diverse and pristine, Cape Arid National Park is known for its gorgeous beaches. There are splendid walks offering fantastic views and chances to see rare wildlife and birdlife.
On the border of South Australia is Eucla NP, with white sand dunes blown from winds from the Great Australian Bight and like Nuytsland, with soaring cliffs of the Nullabor, where the ocean endlessly sends waves to smash against their base.
Land of ancient mountain formations, great for a true outback Australia experience. The vast Karijini National Park has mountains and deep gorges, tall termite mounds and wildflowers in spring.
Some of the smaller parks and reserves in this Western Australia region are not shown, due to the scale of the map.
