Blue Mountains Guided Tour

Sydney Suggested Touring Itineraries

The Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains offer majestic views, antique and art galleries, Australian native bird and wildlife and historical villages.

Then head off up the Blue Mountains. Take a cable car ride overlooking the beautiful Jamison Valley, or a train ride down one of the world’s steepest railways and go for a short bushwalk. Lots of colourful native birdlife abounds here.

Unless of course, you wish to explore the Jenolan Caves instead, with its stromatolites, among the most ancient life-forms on earth and the many stalacites and stalagmites, formed over millions of year.

Then have lunch at one of the many gourmet restaurants of your choice, made with the freshest of local produce. Or go to a local deli and gather fav foods for a picnic.

See choice of attractions you can visit along the way - tell your tourist guide of preference(s) but consider how long you wish to stay at any of them, driving time between, Sydney and The Blue Mountains (approx 1-2 hours drive west from Sydney).
